Chocolate powder-1/2 cup
(I have used 14+1/4 drinking chocolate & Cocoa powder)
Biscuits-10-12(crushed to small bits)
Butter-2 table spoons
Vanilla essence-1/2 spn.
In a bowl add hot milk and mix in the chocolate powder, butter, vanilla essence and finally the chopped nuts followed by the crushed biscuits.
Cover it and refrigerate it for about an hour.
Now using a little butter knead the dough into a long roll.Cover it with a foil or cling film and refrigerate for another hour or so.
Take it out and slice them into 1 cm slices and the salami rolls are ready.
