- 1 litre full cream milk.
- Cardamom powder-1/4 spn
- Sugar 4 table spoons.
- Slivered Almonds- 4-5
Take a heavy bottomed pan/kadai n boil the milk on low heat for about 15 mins until it thickens n reduces by 2/3rd quantity.
Now add the sugar and cardamom pdr and cook again for about 10 mins.
Put off the flame n allow to cool.pour in a bowl and scrape off the milk residue at the edges of the pan. Mix well with a help of a whisk. Garnish with slivered almonds and refrigerate it. It gets thicker once you refrigerate it.😋
