Benefits of Jambul or Black Plum seeds

Jambul \ Black Java plums have a small seeds in them which are very beneficial for health, It aids the digestive health as well as reduces the spike in blood sugar for those who are diabetics.

Consuming a small spoonful of this powder with hot water before meals helps in reducing the rise in blood sugar levels.

Imgredients:

Jambul seeds – 1 bowl (skinned)

Method:

Wash the seeds and clean them in water and then strain the water and spread it on a clean cloth,

Sun dry the seeds for about three to four days.

The peels begin to come off the seeds. Gently rub against your palms and try to separate  the peels from the seeds.

Powder the seeds in a dry mixer grinder and store them in clean dry glass jar.
