Mango Vermicelli Halwa


Roasted Vermicelli-1/2 cup

Mango-1 pureed

Honey-2 sons

Ghee 1.5 table spoon.

Nuts to garnish.

Water1/2 cup.


In a heated pan add the roasted vermicelli and water and cook the vermicelli.

Mix well and add the mango pulp and then the ghee.

Sauté them and put off the flame.

Mix honey and garnish with nuts.
