Ravi and Besan Sev:
1 cup Ragi flour
1/2 cup Besan flour
1/2 spn Hing
1 table spoon Oil
1/2 spoon-Corn flour
1/4 spoon(small-Ajwain)
1/2 spn coarsely ground pepper powder.
Salt as per taste
Cold water around 3/4 cup to knead the dough.
Take a kadai and put in all the ingredients mentioned above and mix well lightly and then knead the mixture into a firm dough using the cold water. Keep aside for about 20 mins. Divide them into balls and put them into the moulds and fry the sev on medium heat until it’s crispy and done.
