Strawberry 🍓 Shrikand

Ingredients:

Hung curd(I have used Greek Yogurt, An healthier option)

Ripe Strawberries-1/2 cup

Brown Sugar-2 spoons(optional)

Method:

Slice the strawberries and blend it to a smooth paste along with the sugar.

Transfer it to a bowl and add the hung curd mixture or Greek yogurt.

Mix well using a hand blender and the Strawberry shrikand is ready.

Refrigerate and enjoy the chilled 🍓 shrikand.
