Mathura Peda:
Milk powder-2 cups
Milk 1 cup(cold)
Ghee-2 table spoon
Cardamom powder-1/4 spn
Few strands of kesar
Almonds-3-4 slivered
2 spoons of Brown Sugar.
Take the milk powder in a bowl and using little milk and a few drops of ghee knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.keep it covered.
In a non stick pan(preferably) add a little ghee. When it heats up add the brown sugar and as it gets caramelised add the milk. Boil it for about 3-4 mins.Now add the dough into the milk and also the cardamom and kesar. Mix well. Add the ghee and keep stirring until the mWishing you all A Happy Deepavali⭐️⭐️
