Cold Pasta Salad:

Follow the normal process of boiling pasta as per instructions on the packet.

Put the cooked pasta in a sieve or colander and rinse it.

Now add salt as per taste and a little oil to keep them apart and refrigerate it.

Ingredients

1- finely chopped onion,

1/2 cup finally chopped pineapple,

1/4 pc each of tri coloured capsicum ( finely chopped),

sugar1 t spn,

2 table spoons Mayonnaise diluted with 1/4 cup cold milk, (I have used Veg Mayo) 1/2 t spn-Chilli flakes

Spring Onions-2-3 bulbs.(chopped finely)

Method:

In a bowl, add the mayonnaise along with the milk. Gently mix in

all the ingredients and refrigerate for about 20 mins. Salad is ready.

Garnish with chopped spring onions.
