Leftover chapathi Kuskaro

Chapathi-4 chopped finely into thin strips

1 capsicum sliced thinly into long bits

2 onions-finely chopped

1 small piece of cabbage shredded finely into long strips

Jeera-1/4 spn

Saunf powder (coarse)

1/2 spn

Coriander pdr-1 spn

2 g chillies finely chopped

Turmeric-1/4 spn

Oil-1.5 table spoon

Salt to taste.

Pinch of sugar

Coriander leaves- 1/2 handful for garnishing(optional)

Lemon juice as per taste.

Take oil in a pan and add in jeera and g chillies. Saute them n add chopped onions and once they change colour add in the turmeric, salt, a pinch of sugar, lemon juice, saunf n coriander pdr and saute for about two minutes. Add in the chopped capsicum as well as the cabbage shreds n mix well.lastly add the chapathi bits and mixx well. You may garnish them with finely chopped coriander.
