Strawberries are luscious and yumm when fresh.
Dipped in chocolate sauce makes them even more delicious and finger licking..
Ingredients:1/2 cup chocolate shavings
1 table spoon each of Butter, cream and cocoa powder.
Method: Wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
Line a plate with wax paper. In a microwave-safe glass bowl, microwave the chocolate, stopping and stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth.Add a spoon full of melted butter, cocoa powder and a spoon of milk cream.
Mix well.
Holding a strawberry by the stem end, dip it in the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off, then transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining berries.
Refrigerate it arranged on a butter paper and store in a plastic box.
