- 1 apple peeled and chopped.
- 1 cup sugar.(I have used brown sugar)
- 1 cup roasted suji rava.
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 4-5 walnuts chopped.
- 1.5 cups warm water.
- Cardamom powder-1/4 spn.
Method:
Take a kadai and add a spoon of water and the sugar and slightly caramelise it and then add the chopped apple and mix well and put off the flame. Now take another pan and heat 1 table spoon of ghee.Add in the suji rava and roast for 2 to 3 mins. Add the water and mix well. Once the rava is well cooked add the caramelised sugar and apple mixture. Mix well and add the rest of the ghee , walnuts and cardamom. Mix well and Apple sheera is ready.
