This salad is so colourful as well as nutritious. The mixture of the nuts and the crunchy peppers makes it even more tasty and tangy.
- Red pepper-1/2 piece cut into bits
- Yellow pepper-1/2 piece chopped
- Green pepper-1/2 piece chopped
- Tomatoes-2 small chopped
- Cucumber-1/2 piece peeled and sliced into thin long bits.
- Lemon juice-1/4 spoon
- Green chillies-2 chopped.
- Coriander leaves-2-3 sprigs chopped finely
- Brown sugar-1/4 spoon
- Pumpkin seeds-1/4 spoon
- Sunflowers seeds-1/4 spoon
- Walnuts-3 to 4 chopped
- Flax seeds-1/4 spoon.
- Salt as per taste.
Method:Take a bowl and mix all the above ingredients and the salad is ready.
