- Lauki peels of 1 half a lauki(small one)
- Chop and keep aside.
- Red chillies4-5
- Hing-1/4 spn
- Tamarind- as per taste
- Grated coconut-4 table spns.
- Ghee-1 spn
- 1/4 cup (or less )water
- Salt to taste.
Heat ghee in a small pan and roast the lauki peels, red chillies for 3-4 mins.
Grind all the above ingredients and the chutney is ready.
Please Note: u can use garlic or jeera instead of hing.
Also green chillies can be used in place of the red ones.
