Lauki peel chutney


  • Lauki peels of 1 half a lauki(small one)
  • Chop and keep aside.
  • Red chillies4-5
  • Hing-1/4 spn
  • Tamarind- as per taste
  • Grated coconut-4 table spns.
  • Ghee-1 spn
  • 1/4 cup (or less )water 
  • Salt to taste.

Heat ghee in a small pan and roast the lauki peels, red chillies for 3-4 mins.

Grind all the above ingredients and the chutney is ready.

Please Note: u can use garlic or jeera instead of hing.

Also green chillies can be used in place of the red ones.
