Ingrdients
- Wheat flour-3/4 cup
- 1/4 cup suji
- 1 banana
- Jaggery/ brown sugar as per taste
- Sour curds-1/2 cup
- Poha-1/4 cup soaked in 1/2 cup water.
- Coconut grated-1/4 cup
- WCardamom-3 to 4 pods powdered
- Ghee for making the appos.
Method:
Mash the banana and then add curds, cardamom pdr, brown sugar or jaggery,suji and wheat flour and finally the soaked poha and grated coconut. Mix well n keep aside for about 20 mins.
Add salt to taste n mix well.the batter shld be thick like idli batter.
If u want it crisp u may add a spoonful of corn flour.
