- 1 Mango chopped.
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- Chopped Almonds-4
- Chopped cashew nuts-4
- Raisins -10 to 12.
- Ghee-3-4 table spoons.
- Hot Water-2.5 cups.
Method:
Dry roast semolina in a pan. Add a little ghee n roast till you get good aroma. Add the chopped mangoes and mix well till the colour from the mango blends with the suji. Roast for about 2 to 3 mins. Add hot water and cook on low flame till its cooked and ghee begins to leave the sides of the pan.
Add the sugar n mix well and add the remaining ghee and also the chopped nuts and raisins.
