Par boiled rice Bakri with Garlic chutney.

Rice flour bakri:Rice flour-1 cup

Water1.5 cups

Salt to taste

1 t spn coconut oil.

Take a kadai and heat the water. Add the salt and oil mix well. Slowly mix in the rice flour and mix it slowly on low flame. Put off the flame and cover it with a lid. 

Now knead the dough and keep it covered wit a wet cloth.

Make small balls from the dough and using your hands pat them on a wet cloth or a plastic sheet and make bakris. ( You can make bakris using the rolling pin)

Heat the tava and fry them one by one on both the sides. Cover the bakris with the cloth to keep them soft.

 Garlic Chutney:

7-8 cloves of garlic(Roasted on direct flame or on a pan)

Small piece of tamarind-(pea sized)

Grated coconut- 3-4. Table spoon.

5-6 red chillies

1/4 cup water

Salt to taste.

Grind the above ingredients with water n chutney is ready.

Enjoy with hot bakri , lasoon chutney and coconut oil.
